Time Stylers’ key corporate program – ‘Time Styling’ – has been named one of Australia’s most innovative services, in one of the largest and most audacious innovation awards of its kind in Australia – the Anthill Magazine ‘SMART 100’ Index.
About Time Styling
The ‘Time Styling’ Program is designed to help companies retain top female talent by coaching their talent on how to better manage ‘the juggle’.
The Time Styling Program steps women through a 5 step process (called SMART), which helps them identify and harness hours of lost time on the home front – engendering loyalty, trust and stickiness for employers. The 5 SMART steps are based on the time management process outlined in Kate Christie’s book Me Time – The Professional Woman’s Guide to finding 30 guilt-free hours a month.
The ultimate result? For companies – the ability to attract, engage and retain the best women. For your talented women – 30 hours a month to live the life they want. With 70% of workers citing ‘work/life balance’ as the most important employment benefit, companies who help their staff find 30 extra hours a month are ahead of the game.
The SMART 100 Index was created by Anthill Magazine in 2008 to identify and rank Australia’s 100 most innovative products, proving to be one of the largest surveys of its kind in Australia. I am thrilled to have Time Stylers named in the Top 100 for 2015.
